Product Description Product Introduction HAYNES HR-224 alloy fin folded sheet is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed for service in extreme high-temperature and oxidizing environments. This alloy provides superior resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, carburization, and metal dusting, making it an excellent material for heat-exchange fins, furnace components, thermal shields, and industrial heating systems. With its optimized composition and microstructure, HR-224 offers significantly improved stability and long-term strength compared to traditional high-temperature alloys such as 600, 601, or 800H/HT. The folded-fin structure improves thermal efficiency, heat transfer, and airflow, making it ideal for high-temperature industrial cooling and heating applications. Available in folded fins, corrugated sheets, custom-shaped heat-dissipation plates, and fabricated furnace parts.
